Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 1 cups milk


  • 1 nos biscuits (marie)pack


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 1 tsp gelatin


  • 20 ml water


  • 2 cups mango puree


  • 1 nos paneer pack


  • 1 cups curd 1


  • 4 cups sugar

Directions

  • crush biscuits and add melted butter =mix it and prepare for the base
  • put as base and refrigerate for 30mins
  • boil milk +sugar+cornflour mixed with little bit of milk and boil it and allow it to cool..it thickens as it cools down
  • boil water and add gelatin =mix it until no lumps and set aside for 3mins
  • make mango purée with 1/2cup sugar
  • add 2cups sugar (powdered )+paneer+curd+3+4+5=blend it
  • remove from the refrigerator and pour this blended substance and refrigerate for 3hours
  • OPTIONAL ::mango puree 1cup+gelatin mixed with hot water mixed without lumps =mix this two ingredients together and pour it on and again refrigerate until the mango jelly is set and enjoy it😊
