Ingredients

Serves 3

  • For Paneer Marinate:paneer cubes 400 gms

  • everest Tandoori masala 1 tbsp

  • red chilli,haldi,& garam masala pwdr 1 tsp

  • salt 2 pinch

  • ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • lemon’s juice 1 nos

  • softened butter 1 tbsp

  • cornflour 1 tbsp

  • oil for brushing 1 tbsp

  • for gravy : onions sliced n deep fried 2 nos

  • curd 300 gms

  • roasted sesame seeds 1 tbsp

  • tomato puree 200 ml

  • fresh cream 200 ml

  • ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • red chilli, haldi,garam masala pwdr 2 tsp

  • salt 2 pinch

  • Milk 1/2 cups

  • Kasuri Methi Powder 200 tsp

  • Butter 3 tbsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Bay Leaves 2-3 nos

  • Zeera 1 tsp

  • Saunf Powder 1 tbsp

  • Sugar 2 tbsp

Directions

    in a mixing bowl (except paneer cubes) combine the marination ingredients & mix well . add the paneer cubes & toss gently. keep aside & let it marinate for 2-3 hrs. thread the marinated paneer cubes on wooden skewers & place them in a greased oven prooftray. brush with oil all over & bake in a preheated oven for 8-1 0 minutes

    for gravy : in a blender combine fried onions, curd, tomato puree, milk, sesame seeds, milk & blend it to a smooth paste. heat oil in a saucepan/kadhai . add zeera & bay leafs . once it crackles add ginger garlic paste & red chilli, turmeric & garam masala pwdr saute for few minutes . (add 1/2 cup water to avoid burning of masala) add the onion tomato paste & cook for few minutes.

    Add saunfpowder , salt, sugar & lemon juice & simmer for few minutes . add fresh cream & kasuri methi pwdr . finally add butter & simmer for few more minutes . cook till oil floats on top . garnish with chopped coriander leaves & few strands of fried onions. serve hot with skewered Tandoori Paneer.
