Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 400 gms for paneer marinate:paneer cubes


  • 1 tbsp everest tandoori masala


  • 1 tsp red chilli,haldi,& garam masala pwdr


  • 2 pinch salt


  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 1 nos lemon’s juice


  • 1 tbsp softened butter


  • 1 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 tbsp oil for brushing


  • 2 nos for gravy : onions sliced n deep fried


  • 300 gms curd


  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds


  • 200 ml tomato puree


  • 200 ml fresh cream


  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 2 tsp red chilli, haldi,garam masala pwdr


  • 2 pinch salt


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 200 tsp kasuri methi powder


  • 3 tbsp butter


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 2-3 nos bay leaves


  • 1 tsp zeera


  • 1 tbsp saunf powder


  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions

  • in a mixing bowl (except paneer cubes) combine the marination ingredients & mix well . add the paneer cubes & toss gently. keep aside & let it marinate for 2-3 hrs. thread the marinated paneer cubes on wooden skewers & place them in a greased oven prooftray. brush with oil all over & bake in a preheated oven for 8-1 0 minutes
  • for gravy : in a blender combine fried onions, curd, tomato puree, milk, sesame seeds, milk & blend it to a smooth paste. heat oil in a saucepan/kadhai . add zeera & bay leafs . once it crackles add ginger garlic paste & red chilli, turmeric & garam masala pwdr saute for few minutes . (add 1/2 cup water to avoid burning of masala) add the onion tomato paste & cook for few minutes.
  • Add saunfpowder , salt, sugar & lemon juice & simmer for few minutes . add fresh cream & kasuri methi pwdr . finally add butter & simmer for few more minutes . cook till oil floats on top . garnish with chopped coriander leaves & few strands of fried onions. serve hot with skewered Tandoori Paneer.
