Bajri aata 250 gms
methi leaves 1 sprig
Ajwain and Zeera Aseeds 1 tsp
Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
red Chilli POwder 2 tsp
Lemons Juice 2 nos
Dahi 3 tbsp
Salt 2 pinch
chopped garlic 2 tbsp
Green Chillies ,Chopped 2 nos
Oil 3 tbsp
Directions
clean n wash methi leaves & chop roughly
in a mixing bowl (except oil for fry) combine all the ingredients & make a smooth dough. u can add little bit water if dough is stiff.
heat oil in a kadhai. pinch out lemon size equal balls of the dough
fry on medium flame until golden brown.
serve hot with sweet dahi
