Ingredients

  • 250 gms bajri aata


  • 1 sprig methi leaves


  • 1 tsp ajwain and zeera aseeds


  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 nos lemons juice


  • 3 tbsp dahi


  • 2 pinch salt


  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic


  • 2 nos green chillies ,chopped


  • 3 tbsp oil

Directions

  • clean n wash methi leaves & chop roughly
  • in a mixing bowl (except oil for fry) combine all the ingredients & make a smooth dough. u can add little bit water if dough is stiff.
  • heat oil in a kadhai. pinch out lemon size equal balls of the dough
  • fry on medium flame until golden brown.
  • serve hot with sweet dahi
