  • Bajri aata 250 gms

  • methi leaves 1 sprig

  • Ajwain and Zeera Aseeds 1 tsp

  • Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp

  • Sugar 1 tbsp

  • red Chilli POwder 2 tsp

  • Lemons Juice 2 nos

  • Dahi 3 tbsp

  • Salt 2 pinch

  • chopped garlic 2 tbsp

  • Green Chillies ,Chopped 2 nos

  • Oil 3 tbsp

    clean n wash methi leaves & chop roughly

  • 02

    in a mixing bowl (except oil for fry) combine all the ingredients & make a smooth dough. u can add little bit water if dough is stiff.

    heat oil in a kadhai. pinch out lemon size equal balls of the dough

  • 04

    fry on medium flame until golden brown.

  • 05

    serve hot with sweet dahi
