Ingredients

Serves 3

  • sooji 1 bowls

  • Sour Curd 1 bowls

  • Choppe dCarrot 1 nos

  • chopped beans 1/2 bowls

  • chopped onion 1 bowls

  • Salt 1 tbsp

  • Black Pepper 1/2 tsp

  • chat masala 1/2 tsp

  • Few Chopped Curry Leaves 1 tsp

  • Chopped Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp

Directions

    To make the batter, firsy of all take a mixing bowl.

    Now add sooji, curd and salt.

    Mix it.

    Now add all the vegetables and dry masalas in it.

    Mix it and make the batter by adding little bit water in it.

    The batter should be thick not runny.

    Now heat the pan and brush it with oil.

    Before pouring add eno fruit salt.

    Mix it.

    Now pour it on the pan and cover it with the lid.

    After 10 mins open the lid and flip it.

    Now again cover it with the lid but the flame should be low.

    After 10 mins open the lid and check with the knife.

    If it comes clean then it means handvo is done and cooked.

  • 15

    Serve this Handvo with ketchup and green chutney.
