First boil and coarsely mash the green peas , grate the bitter gourd and carrot.
Apply little salt to the bitter gourd, mix it well and keep it aside for 2-3 minutes. Squeeze it and keep the water aside.
Combine the bitter gourd, carrots, green peas, green chilli paste, bread crumbs, dry mango powder, chopped coriander leaves and salt in a bowl and mix it well.
Divide the mixtures into equal portions and shape each portion into flat round tikkis.
Heat a tawa, grease it with oil,place the tikkis on it, cook it from both sides till it turns golden brown in colour.
Take it out and serve it.
