Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups penne pasta


  • 1 nos fresh button mushrooms packet


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour


  • 6-8 nos garlic pods


  • 1 nos onion sliced


  • 125 ml milk


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp oregano black pepper powder and chilli flakes


  • 2 nos cheese cubes

Directions

  • Boil 4 cups of water add some salt then add pasta cook Al Dante strain and keep aside
  • In a wok add some oil and then add mushrooms (chopped) season with salt and black pepper powder fry them nicely transfer to a plate and keep aside
  • Fry the onion slices on high flame till they become transparent transfer to a plate and keep aside
  • In the same wok add butter and then add garlic finely chopped then add all purpose flour fry it for a min then add milk mix nicely and let it boil till it forms a creamy consistency
  • Add salt oregano black pepper powder and chilli flakes mix well
  • Add pasta onions and mushrooms and grated cheese let it boil till the cheese melts completely
  • Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and serve hot
