Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Penne Pasta 1 cups

  • fresh button mushrooms packet 1 nos

  • Butter 2 tbsp

  • All purpose flour 1 tbsp

  • Garlic Pods 6-8 nos

  • Onion Sliced 1 nos

  • Milk 125 ml

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • oregano black pepper powder and chilli flakes 1/2 tsp

  • cheese cubes 2 nos

Directions

  • 01

    Boil 4 cups of water add some salt then add pasta cook Al Dante strain and keep aside

  • 02

    In a wok add some oil and then add mushrooms (chopped) season with salt and black pepper powder fry them nicely transfer to a plate and keep aside

  • 03

    Fry the onion slices on high flame till they become transparent transfer to a plate and keep aside

  • 04

    In the same wok add butter and then add garlic finely chopped then add all purpose flour fry it for a min then add milk mix nicely and let it boil till it forms a creamy consistency

  • 05

    Add salt oregano black pepper powder and chilli flakes mix well

  • 06

    Add pasta onions and mushrooms and grated cheese let it boil till the cheese melts completely

  • 07

    Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and serve hot
