  • 500 gms boneless chicken
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 ml curd
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fenugreek dried
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4-5 tsp butter/oil
  • 1 nos raw mango
  • 2 tsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • grind mango and coriander leaves
  • make marinade of curd cream salt . let it marinate for 5 hrs
  • in a nonstick pan add butter
  • add chicken
  • cook for 10 minuets
