Big Tomato 4 nos
Choppe dGarlic 2 tsp
red Chilli Dry Kashmiri 4 nos
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
pepper powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Tomato Sauce 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves 2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Butter Cube 1 nos
Small Packet of Cheese 2 nos
Directions
Method...1...Boil pasta in hot water adding with salt & a tspn of oil.Strain excess water.2...Boil tomatoes & kashmiri dry red chilli in hot water.3..Peel off the skin of tomatoes & make a paste with boiled dry red chilli.4...Heat butter, add chopped garlic & onion.Saute it for a while.5...Add tomato chilli paste,red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder ,pepper powder & turmeric powder.Add 2 cup water , cover it & let it cook for 5 mins.6...After 5 mins add tomato sauce, sugar & salt.Mix it well & add boiled pasta.7...Add mixed herbs.8...Check the taste & serve it in a plate.9...Garnish with chopped coriander leaves & lots cheese.
