In a bowl add shreded chicken, carrot, cheese, green chilli paste, tandoori masala, corn flour, black pepper powder and salt(if needs). mix it well.
Take around 2 tbsp portion from it, and make flat tikki using your palm. make 4 to 5 tikki.
Heat oil in a fry pan, and shallow fry them till you get deep golden brown color.
Cut the bun from middle part. Apply butter and mayonnaise from inner parts of the bun.
Now assembleing. Take a bun, put lettuce leaf, then burger tikki, then tomatoes, onions. and lastly cheese slice. cover it with top part of bun.
Enjoy it with tomato ketchup or mustard sauce.
