Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgs chicken


  • 1 cups curd


  • 2 tsp ginger & garlic paste


  • 1 tsp turmeric


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 nos whole chilly


  • 1/2 tsp chilly


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 nos big onion paste


  • 2 nos small tmatoes chopped gine


  • 3 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder

Directions

  • Marinate washed & cleaned chicken with curd, spice(chilly, cumin, corriender, garam masala powder) turmeric, salt, well. keep aside for half an hour.
  • Heat oil, add onion paste, when transparent, loose oil. add ginger & garlic paste. saute well.
  • When it turns brown, add tomatoes, leaves oil
  • Stir it tomatos get mushy.
  • Add marinated chicken along with the marination. stair well.
  • Cover and cook till chicken cooks and oil separates.
  • Add water depend on how gravy you wants.
  • Done. Serve hot, Garnish with a boil egg.
