Marinate washed & cleaned chicken with curd, spice(chilly, cumin, corriender, garam masala powder) turmeric, salt, well. keep aside for half an hour.
Heat oil, add onion paste, when transparent, loose oil. add ginger & garlic paste. saute well.
When it turns brown, add tomatoes, leaves oil
Stir it tomatos get mushy.
Add marinated chicken along with the marination. stair well.
Cover and cook till chicken cooks and oil separates.
Add water depend on how gravy you wants.
Done. Serve hot, Garnish with a boil egg.
