Boil 4 cups of water add salt then add pasta and cook Al Dante strain and keep aside
In a wok add oil and add finely chopped garlic as the garlic becomes golden brown add all the vegetables finely chopped fry them on high heat
After a min add salt black pepper powder and all the sauces and pasta
Fry for a min and then sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on it serve hot
It's a very healthy dish as I used wheat pasta and lots of vegetables... Very nutritious
