  • 1 cups penne pasta

  • 1 cups finely chopped cabbage

  • 1/2 cups green peas

  • 1 nos carrot

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1 tsp chilli sauce

  • 2 tsp soya sauce

  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 2 tbsp coriander

  • 5-6 nos garlic pods

  • 4 tsp oil


  • Boil 4 cups of water add salt then add pasta and cook Al Dante strain and keep aside
  • In a wok add oil and add finely chopped garlic as the garlic becomes golden brown add all the vegetables finely chopped fry them on high heat
  • After a min add salt black pepper powder and all the sauces and pasta
  • Fry for a min and then sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on it serve hot
  • It's a very healthy dish as I used wheat pasta and lots of vegetables... Very nutritious
