Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Whole Chicken 800 gms

  • cumin powder 1 tbsp

  • Cinnamon Powder 1 tsp

  • Shahi Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp

  • brown onion paste 2 tbsp

  • chopped veggies ( Carrots , french been , capsicum , bell peppers and peas ) 1 cups

  • ginger and garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp

  • red chilli paste 1 tbsp

  • oil 2 tbsp

  • Ghee 2 tbsp

  • Boiled and Fried Egg 2 nos

  • Thick yoghurt 1 cups

  • Saffron 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Honey 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan add all chopped veggies and fry for few minutes . Then add 1/2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste mix well then seasing with salt and pepper .

    In a large mixing bowl add curd , cinnamon powder , cumin powder , brown onion paste , ginger garlic paste , saffron , salt , honey and shahi garam masala powder and whisk well .

    Now add the whole chicken and mix well to sure that the chicken and marinated with a coat and cover the chicken and allow it to marinade about 4 hours .

    Now stuff the veggie masala and egg into the chicken and stichting carefully with a needle .

    Preheat the oven 200℃ for 10 minutes .

    Now place the chicken with remaining marinate in oven proof bowl and grease with the ghee .

    Now bake the Chicken for 30 minutes then grilled for 8 minutes .

    Once the chicken is nicely browned and cook properly then ready to serve .
