Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 800 gms whole chicken


  • 1 tbsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder


  • 1 tbsp shahi garam masala powder


  • 2 tbsp brown onion paste


  • 1 cups chopped veggies ( carrots , french been , capsicum , bell peppers and peas )


  • 1 1/2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp red chilli paste


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • 2 nos boiled and fried egg


  • 1 cups thick yoghurt


  • 1 tsp saffron


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp honey


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan add all chopped veggies and fry for few minutes . Then add 1/2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste mix well then seasing with salt and pepper .
  • In a large mixing bowl add curd , cinnamon powder , cumin powder , brown onion paste , ginger garlic paste , saffron , salt , honey and shahi garam masala powder and whisk well .
  • Now add the whole chicken and mix well to sure that the chicken and marinated with a coat and cover the chicken and allow it to marinade about 4 hours .
  • Now stuff the veggie masala and egg into the chicken and stichting carefully with a needle .
  • Preheat the oven 200℃ for 10 minutes .
  • Now place the chicken with remaining marinate in oven proof bowl and grease with the ghee .
  • Now bake the Chicken for 30 minutes then grilled for 8 minutes .
  • Once the chicken is nicely browned and cook properly then ready to serve .
