Mint Chicken Mole

Serves 3

  • chicken breasts 2 nos

  • finely chopped onion 1 nos

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • finely chopped red n yellow bell pepper 1 cups

  • salt or as per taste, 1 tsp

  • chicken masala powder 1 tsp

  • red Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp

  • bitter sweet chocolate (dark chocolate) 1/2 cups

  • cumin seeds 1 tsp

  • cube sized red and yellow bell pepper 1 cups

  • mint powder or mint paste 1 tsp

  • cooking oil 2 cups

    Take chicken breast seasoning it with some salt and shallow fry in heated oil till it done. transfer it on plate.

    Heat cooking oil add onion and saute for 3minutes on low flame.

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute for another 3minutes on low flame.

    Add red and yellow bell pepper, salt as per taste, chicken masala powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and black pepper powder, mix it n cook for 3-5minutes.

    Add 1&1/2 glass chicken broth n cook till oil starts floating on all over gravy.

    Add bitter sweet chocolate (dark chocolate), mix it well till dark chocolate melt. Switch off the flame and let the gravy cool down

    in other wok, Heat some cooking oil splutter cumin seeds and add cube size red and yellow bell pepper n saute for 2minutes on high flame.

    Add puree (prepared earlier) n saute for minute on low flame

  • 09

    Add mint powder or mint paste and saute.

  • 10

    Add fried chicken breasts n cover the lid n cook for 10minutes on low flame.

  • 11

    Mint Chicken Mole ready to eat. Serve this with tandoori roti, chapati, naan, kulcha etc
