Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 nos whole chicken (cut into pieces )


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 nos lemons juice


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 1 nos egg beaten


  • 2 tbsp spinach puree


  • 2 tbsp maida


  • 1 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 nos for malai gravy : amul fresh cream box


  • 2 tbsp green chili sauce


  • 3-4 tbsp mayonnaise


  • 2 tbsp milk powder


  • 500 ml oil for deep fry

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl combine chicken pieces,ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice,curd,egg,spinach puree,maida,cornflour,salt & mix well. Let chicken marinate in this mixture for atleast 3 hrs.
  • In a another mixing bowl mix fresh cream, green chilli sauce,mayonnaise & milk powder to smooth paste .
  • Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces in hot oil until done.
  • Transfer the fried chicken in a kadhai & add the cream mixture. Toss gently & cook on medium flame for just 4-5 minutes.
  • sprinkle kasoori methi pwdr & serve hot
