whole chicken (cut into pieces ) 1 nos
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Lemons Juice 1 nos
Salt 1 pinch
Curd 2 tbsp
Egg Beaten 1 nos
Spinach Puree 2 tbsp
Maida 2 tbsp
Cornflour 1 tbsp
for malai gravy : amul fresh cream box 1 nos
Green Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Oil for deep fry 500 ml
In a mixing bowl combine chicken pieces,ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice,curd,egg,spinach puree,maida,cornflour,salt & mix well. Let chicken marinate in this mixture for atleast 3 hrs.
In a another mixing bowl mix fresh cream, green chilli sauce,mayonnaise & milk powder to smooth paste .
Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces in hot oil until done.
Transfer the fried chicken in a kadhai & add the cream mixture. Toss gently & cook on medium flame for just 4-5 minutes.
sprinkle kasoori methi pwdr & serve hot
