Serves 4

  • Minced Chickem 1/2 kgs

  • sugar cane pelled and diced into sticks of 1.5 cm thick 2 nos

  • black pepper,cinamon stick,cloves,coariander seeds,cumin seeds,mustard seeds ,black cardamom,star anise 1 tsp

  • ginger,garlic,green chilli paste 2 tsp

  • bread crumbs 1/4 cups

  • Egg 2 nos

  • Freshly chopped green coariander 3 tsp

  • salt to taste 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coariander powder 2 tsp

  • Oil for grilling 4 tsp

  • chesse grated 1/2 cups

    Take all whole spice and heat them in pan for 2 min then powder it.

    Take a bowl add chicken and marinate it for 1 hour with ginger,garlic and green chilli paste then add all powdered spices,salt and mix. Then add bread crumbs and mix properly.

    Then add egg to chicken mixture and add fresh coariander and mix then take small mixture form ball and filled chesse inside and deep fry in oil for 10-15 min till golden and crisp..
