2 tsp red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coariander powder
4 tsp oil for grilling
1/2 cups chesse grated
Directions
Take all whole spice and heat them in pan for 2 min then powder it.
Take a bowl add chicken and marinate it for 1 hour with ginger,garlic and green chilli paste then add all powdered spices,salt and mix. Then add bread crumbs and mix properly.
Then add egg to chicken mixture and add fresh coariander and mix then take small mixture form ball and filled chesse inside and deep fry in oil for 10-15 min till golden and crisp..
