  • 1/2 kgs minced chickem

  • 2 nos sugar cane pelled and diced into sticks of 1.5 cm thick

  • 1 tsp black pepper,cinamon stick,cloves,coariander seeds,cumin seeds,mustard seeds ,black cardamom,star anise

  • 2 tsp ginger,garlic,green chilli paste

  • 1/4 cups bread crumbs

  • 2 nos egg

  • 3 tsp freshly chopped green coariander

  • 1 tsp salt to taste

  • 2 tsp red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coariander powder

  • 4 tsp oil for grilling

  • 1/2 cups chesse grated


  • Take all whole spice and heat them in pan for 2 min then powder it.
  • Take a bowl add chicken and marinate it for 1 hour with ginger,garlic and green chilli paste then add all powdered spices,salt and mix. Then add bread crumbs and mix properly.
  • Then add egg to chicken mixture and add fresh coariander and mix then take small mixture form ball and filled chesse inside and deep fry in oil for 10-15 min till golden and crisp..
