Ingredients
Serves 4
Minced Chicken 1/2 kgs
Grated Onion 2 nos
Chopped Fresh Coriander and Mint Leaves 1/4 cups
salt,coariander,garam masala,kasmiri red chilli powder,turmeric powder 2 tsp
ginger,garlic green chilli paste 2 tsp
oil for shallow fry 1/4 cups
bread crumbs 1/2 cups
freshly grounded black pepper and coariander seeds powder 1 tsp
Directions
Take onion paste squeze water out.
Take a bowl add chicken add onion,ginger,garlic,green chilli paste and mix keep it for 1 hour then add all spices and salt and bread crumbs and mix properly .
Take wooden squers and coat this chicken mixture and grill it in pan with some oil till golden and crisp from all sides..
Serve hot.
