Take a bowl add grated bottle gaurd, 1 tablespoon corn flour, black pepper powder, 1teaspoon soya sauce, all purpose flour, salt to taste mix it well.
Take a pan add oil then fry all the ball from the mixture.
Take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil then add ginger garlic saute then add onion fry for 1min.
Add capsicum fry for 1min.
Add red chilli powder, soya sauce , tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, salt to taste fry for 1min.
Take a bowl add corn flour and 1spoon water mix it well then put it in pan.
Add 1/4cup water in pan then add fried ball and cook for 5min then sprinkle coriander leaves.
