Ingredients
Serves 4
Bottle gaurd -grated 1 cups
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
All purpose flour 1 tbsp
Oil 1 cups
Ginger (grated) 1/2 inch
Garlic cloves (finely chopped) 4 nos
Onion,medium sized (finely chopped) 1 nos
Capsicum -medium sized (finely chopped) 1 nos
Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
Green chilli sauce 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce 1 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) 1 tbsp
Directions
Take a bowl add grated bottle gaurd, 1 tablespoon corn flour, black pepper powder, 1teaspoon soya sauce, all purpose flour, salt to taste mix it well.
Take a pan add oil then fry all the ball from the mixture.
Take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil then add ginger garlic saute then add onion fry for 1min.
Add capsicum fry for 1min.
Add red chilli powder, soya sauce , tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, salt to taste fry for 1min.
Take a bowl add corn flour and 1spoon water mix it well then put it in pan.
Add 1/4cup water in pan then add fried ball and cook for 5min then sprinkle coriander leaves.
Bottle gaurd Manchurian healthy receipe is ready to serve.
