Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 250 gms paneer


  • 2 nos onion


  • 3 nos green chillies


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 1 tsp chilly powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 2 nos coriander leaves


  • 2 nos curry leaves


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp oil

Directions

  • Cur paneer into medium square pieces.
  • Chop onions, green chillies, tomato, coriander leaves.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion and saute well till golden brown.
  • Add green chillies and add ginger garlic paste.
  • Saute well till the raw flavour exhausts.
  • Add tomato and mix well.
  • Add the masala powders one by one and mix well.
  • Add salt to taste and add little water.and mix well.
  • Add the paneer pieces and mix well.
  • Let it boil for 3 minutes.
  • When the paneer is done remove from fire.
  • This dish goes well with chappathis, naan etc.
