Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 nos whole chicken pieces
  • 1 nos potato (optional) chopped in big pieces
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp tosted peppercorns/ cumin/coriander seed.. course powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chilly flakes
  • 4/2 cups coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • 1/3 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/2 nos lime juice

Directions

  • Marinate washed and cleaned chicken with salt, termeric, oil, spice, Coriander, limejuice, oregano & chilly flakes, Ginger garlic paste,
  • After marinated for 30 min mix in potatoes. Move it to a airfryer safe borosilicate glass bowl.
  • Preheat 200° for 10 min
  • Then l40°for 25 min
