Ingredients

  • whole chicken (mine was almost 1.5 kg) 1 nos

  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp

  • Paprika Powder 1 tbsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Onion Powder 1 tsp

  • Lime Juice 1/2 cups

  • All Spice Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Coal 1 piece

  • Eggs 2 nos

    Wash the chicken properly and pat dry it with kitchen towel.

    Now cut marks on both bottom and front sides of the chicken. So spices can be mixed inside thoroughly.

    In a bowl add lime juice and salt. Rub this on chicken from all over. Leave it for 5 minutes.

    In a mixing bowl add all the spices and 1 tbsp oil. Mix it well.

    Now rub these spices all over chicken thoroughly inside and outside and leave it for half an hour. (it would be better if you use hands)

    Grease the pan with oil and place the chicken. Add eggs inside the chicken.

    Cook it in the microwave for 20 to 25 minutes on a high temperature.

    Insert the tooth pick and check whether it's done or not. If not then cook for another 5 minutes. Mostly it takes only 20 to 25 minutes.

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and place this cooked chicken. Shallow fry it from both sides till you get dark brown color.

    Take out egg shell and Give it a coal effect.

    Serve it lemon and onion rings.
