Wash and Soak green peas dhal for 3 hours
Chop onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves,curry leaves.
Drain water from the dhal and add it in a mixie jar with ginger and salt.
Grind it coarsely without adding water.
Remove from the jar and add all the ingredients and mix well.
Check the salt.
Put a pan on the stove and add oil and bring it to boil.
Take small quantities of the dough and add to the hot oil.
Fry till golden brown.
