Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups green peas dhal


  • 2 nos onion


  • 3 nos green chillies


  • 1 piece ginger


  • 1/2 cups curry leaves


  • 1/2 cups coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 cups oil for frying

Directions

  • Wash and Soak green peas dhal for 3 hours
  • Chop onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves,curry leaves.
  • Drain water from the dhal and add it in a mixie jar with ginger and salt.
  • Grind it coarsely without adding water.
  • Remove from the jar and add all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Check the salt.
  • Put a pan on the stove and add oil and bring it to boil.
  • Take small quantities of the dough and add to the hot oil.
  • Fry till golden brown.
