Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Bone less chicken 1/2 kgs

  • Finely chopped onion 2 nos

  • Finely Chopped Tomato 4 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Red Chilly Powder 1 tsp

  • Whole Ground Masala 1 tsp

  • kitchen king masala 1 tsp

  • Hung Curd 1 tbsp

  • Fresh Cream 1 tbsp

  • mustard oil / any other oil 2 tbsp

  • Eggs,beaten 2-3 nos

  • Freid Cashew Nuts 10 nos

  • Chopped Coriander Leaves for garnishing 1 tbsp

  • Kasoori Methi 2 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1-2 tsp

  • chopped green chillies 1-2 nos

Directions

    Wash boneless chicken and remove excess water

  • 02

    In a mixing bowl take hung curd, fresh cream, kasoori methi, salt to taste, garam masala , turmeric powder, red chilly powder , and few chopped green chillies

    Add boneless chicken to it amd mix well .

    Keep it covered aside for merination for approximately half an hour

  • 05

    Now in a heavy bottom pan heat oil and add finely chopped onion and saute until golden brown

  • 06

    Now add finely chopped tomato and saute' till cooked

  • 07

    Add merinated chicken ..mix well and cook covered for 10-15 minutes

    Check and turn in between

    Adjust salt as per taste amd add kitchen king Masala

    Mix well amd cook uncovered till oil separates

  • 11

    Now add beaten eggs to cooking chicken and stirr well

  • 12

    Keep mixing and stirring till eggs get cooked (this is called Gadbad Ghotala..my fusion 👍)

    Add chopped coriander leaves and fried Cashew nuts for garnishing

  • 14

    Serve hot immediately with bhakari, paratha , naan , chapati or steamed rice

    It tatses Yummylicious and tempting tasty
