Ingredients
Serves 2
Bread Slices 4 nos
Salt 1 tsp
chopped onion 1 cups
Oil 2 tsp
chopped tomato 1 cups
chopped ginger 1 tsp
Chopped Green Chili 2 nos
Water 3 tsp
Coriander Leaves 1 tsp
Directions
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard and urad dhal. Allow it to splutter.
Add chopped onion, tomato, curry leaves, ginger and green chilli.
Once sauted cut bread into small cubes and add to it.
Drizzle water over it. Add salt,chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry little.
Saute with corainder leaves serve hot.
