Chicken Boneless 250 gms
Cornstarch 2 tbsp
Cubed Onion 1/2 cups
Cubed Capsicum 1/2 cups
chopped garlic 1/4 cups
Oil 10 tbsp
Black Pepper Sauce 1/4 cups
Salt 1/4 tsp
Cut chicken into small pieces and toss them over cornstarch and shake off excess
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in another pan and saute garlic, onion and capsicum.
Add the black pepper sauce and required salt to it and stir well.
Finally add the fried chicken pieces to it and give a nice mix
Tip: if you don't get black pepper sauce you can make it on your own by mixing 1/4 cup dark sweet soy sauce with 1 tbsp black pepper powder
