Lets make first batter.
For batter take a mixing bowl and put thre besan in it.
Now add salt, red chilli powder, hing and ajwaiin.
Mix it by adding water.
But see the consistency, it should not be so runny.
Now cut the onion into round shape slices.
Now dip the onion slices into the batter and drop it in the heated oil for frying.
Deep fry from both the sides of the onion.
When it starts turning brown and crispy, remove it from the oil on absorbent paper.
Now serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
