  • 1 tsp kala masala powder


  • 2 tsp namak


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp dhaniya patti


  • 1/3 tsp haldi

  • Gobhi ko tukdo me kat lo
  • Besan me namak, lal mirch aur pani dalkar ghol taiyar kar le
  • Ab gobhi ko ghol me dubakar deep fry kar le aur side me rakh de
  • Ab ek baratan me oil dalkar garam kare
  • Pyaj ko lamba kata kar oil me brown kar le
  • Ab pyaj , nariyal , khaskhas, hari mirch, adrak, lahsun, jeera, kala masala sabko mixer me piss kar paste bana le
  • paste ko garam oil me ache se bhun le aur tamatar ko bhi piss kar dal de
  • Ab namak, lal mirch, dhaniya powder , haldi dalkar ache se bhune
  • Thoda thoda pani dal dal kar 10 min rak bhune
  • Gravy k hisab se pani dale aur gobhi k pakode dal de
  • 2-3 ubal aane de aur dhaniya patti se sajakar serve kare
