Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups pasta


  • 1/2 litre milk


  • 4 tbsp condensed milk


  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp ghee


  • 2 tbsp dry fruits(optional)


  • 1/2 tsp elaichi powder

Directions

  • Boil water add salt and ghee add the pasta and cook Al Dante
  • Drain and keep aside
  • In a vessel add milk let it boil add sugar condensed milk and elaichi powder and kesar
  • Add the pasta and cook for 2 mins let the flavours mix properly
  • Add fried dry fruits of ur Choice
  • Refrigerate for an hour serve cold
  • Add strawberry or butterscotch sauce (optional as well)
