Ingredients

Serves 4

  • pasta 1 cups

  • milk 1/2 litre

  • condensed milk 4 tbsp

  • sugar 2 tbsp

  • salt 1 pinch

  • ghee 1 tsp

  • dry fruits(optional) 2 tbsp

  • elaichi powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Boil water add salt and ghee add the pasta and cook Al Dante

  • 02

    Drain and keep aside

  • 03

    In a vessel add milk let it boil add sugar condensed milk and elaichi powder and kesar

  • 04

    Add the pasta and cook for 2 mins let the flavours mix properly

  • 05

    Add fried dry fruits of ur Choice

  • 06

    Refrigerate for an hour serve cold

  • 07

    Add strawberry or butterscotch sauce (optional as well)
