Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Bottle Gourd Small 1 nos

  • chana Dal 1 cups

  • onion 2 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Chopped Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp

  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp

Directions

    Soak chana dal for few hours

  • 02

    In a pan heat oil crackle cumin seeds

  • 03

    Grind onions to make a paste

  • 04

    Add onion paste and saute it

  • 05

    Add all spices and salt

  • 06

    Cook till oil starts leaving the pan

  • 07

    Now add chana dal and lauki in it.add water as desired.

  • 08

    Transfer the contents in pressure cooker and take 1-2 pressures

  • 09

    Garnish with coriander leaves
