Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gms chopped mushrooms


  • 1/2 cups peas


  • 1 nos onions,chopped


  • 3/4 cups pureed tomatoes


  • 3-4 tbsp cream


  • 1/4 tsp crushed kasuri methi


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/2-3/4 cups water


  • 1 nos green chillies slit


  • 1/8 tsp turmeric


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Heat oil and splutter cumin seeds in a pan
  • Add green chillies and onions. Saute until tender
  • Add ginger garlic paste. Saute until raw aroma goes away
  • Add tomato puree and spice powders. Saute until oil seperates
  • Add salt, mushrooms and peas. Gently mix
  • Add water and bring to boil. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes
  • Add kasuri methi and cream. Mix well. Cook for 30-40 seconds. Garnish with cream and coriander leaves. Serve hot
