Heat oil and splutter cumin seeds in a pan
Add green chillies and onions. Saute until tender
Add ginger garlic paste. Saute until raw aroma goes away
Add tomato puree and spice powders. Saute until oil seperates
Add salt, mushrooms and peas. Gently mix
Add water and bring to boil. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes
Add kasuri methi and cream. Mix well. Cook for 30-40 seconds. Garnish with cream and coriander leaves. Serve hot
