Ingredients

Serves 4

  • chopped mushrooms 200 gms

  • Peas 1/2 cups

  • Onions,chopped 1 nos

  • Pureed tomatoes 3/4 cups

  • Cream 3-4 tbsp

  • Crushed Kasuri Methi 1/4 tsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Cumin Seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Water 1/2-3/4 cups

  • Green Chillies Slit 1 nos

  • Turmeric 1/8 tsp

  • red chili powder 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp

  • salt 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat oil and splutter cumin seeds in a pan

    Add green chillies and onions. Saute until tender

  • 03

    Add ginger garlic paste. Saute until raw aroma goes away

  • 04

    Add tomato puree and spice powders. Saute until oil seperates

  • 05

    Add salt, mushrooms and peas. Gently mix

  • 06

    Add water and bring to boil. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes

  • 07

    Add kasuri methi and cream. Mix well. Cook for 30-40 seconds. Garnish with cream and coriander leaves. Serve hot
