Penne pasta 1 cup
Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Chat masala 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
Oil 1 cup
Water 4 cup
Refined flour 1/4 cup
Heat water in a deep pan.
Add one teaspoon salt and one teaspoon oil in it.
When it comes to boil add pasta in it. Stir occasionally until cooked. Don't over cooked it.
Drain out under cold water and strain it.
Mix salt and pepper, chat masala, Garlic powder and black pepper powder in a bowl. Mix well and keep aside.
Add boiled pasta in a plate. Sprinkle refined flour and one teaspoon mix masala on it and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Deep fry pasty until golden and crispy.
Drain out on absorbent paper.
Sprinkle the prepared spice mix on it. Mix well. It's ready.
