Dry roast kadai masala spices. Allow to cool completely. Grind to powder. Keep it aside
Heat oil, add ginger and garlic. Saute until raw aroma goes away
Add onions and saute until translucent
Add tomatoes and saute until tender
Add red chilli powder, turmeric and salt with cashew. Saute for minute
Allow to cool completely. Add water and blend to form Puree
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Saute paneer until golden brown. Keep it aside
In same pan, add 2 tsp oil and fry cubed onions and capsicum. Add puree and saute for 2 minutes
Add salt and water. Mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes
Add paneer, kasuri methi, garam masala with kadai masala. Mix well and cook for a minute
Servs hot with rice or roti
