Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Scrapped coconut 1 cups

  • Sugar 1/2 cups

  • Fresh cream or full fat milk 1/2 cups

  • Ghee 1 tsp

  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

  • Green food colour (optional ) 1 pinch

  • Almonds for garnishing 8-10 nos

Directions

    Heat a pan on medium heat.

  • 02

    Add coconut, Sugar, Ghee, milk and cardamom powder in it.

  • 03

    Cook and stirring continuesely till the mixture become thick.

  • 04

    Add food colour and mix it properly.

  • 05

    Switch off the flame.

  • 06

    Grease the thali with ghee and pour the mixture on it and spread evenly.

  • 07

    When it cool down cut in to squares and serve.

  • 08

    Garnish it with almonds.
