Scrapped coconut 1 cups
Sugar 1/2 cups
Fresh cream or full fat milk 1/2 cups
Ghee 1 tsp
Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Green food colour (optional ) 1 pinch
Almonds for garnishing 8-10 nos
Heat a pan on medium heat.
Add coconut, Sugar, Ghee, milk and cardamom powder in it.
Cook and stirring continuesely till the mixture become thick.
Add food colour and mix it properly.
Switch off the flame.
Grease the thali with ghee and pour the mixture on it and spread evenly.
When it cool down cut in to squares and serve.
Garnish it with almonds.
