Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups scrapped coconut


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 1/2 cups fresh cream or full fat milk


  • 1 tsp ghee


  • 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder


  • 1 pinch green food colour (optional )


  • 8-10 nos almonds for garnishing

Directions

  • Heat a pan on medium heat.
  • Add coconut, Sugar, Ghee, milk and cardamom powder in it.
  • Cook and stirring continuesely till the mixture become thick.
  • Add food colour and mix it properly.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • Grease the thali with ghee and pour the mixture on it and spread evenly.
  • When it cool down cut in to squares and serve.
  • Garnish it with almonds.
