Ingredients

Serves 4

  • chopped mushrooms 300 gms

  • onion thinly sliced 1 nos

  • Sour Cream 3 tbsp

  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp

  • garlic cloves finely minced 2-3 nos

  • paprika powder 1 tbsp

  • olive oil 2 tbsp

  • veg stock 3/4 cups

  • chopped parsley 3-4 tbsp

  • dried parsley for garnish 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan, saute onions until translucent

  • 02

    Add garlic and saute until aromatic

  • 03

    Add mushrooms and saute for 3-4 minutes

  • 04

    Add stock, paprika and sauce. Bring to boil. Since stock had salt, I have skipped it

  • 05

    Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add sour cream. Mix well. Reduce heat to low.

    Cook for 5-6 minutes. Add parsley. Serve hot. The gravy is generally used for noodles or rice
