Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 300 gms chopped mushrooms


  • 1 nos onion thinly sliced


  • 3 tbsp sour cream


  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce


  • 2-3 nos garlic cloves finely minced


  • 1 tbsp paprika powder


  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • 3/4 cups veg stock


  • 3-4 tbsp chopped parsley


  • 1 tsp dried parsley for garnish

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan, saute onions until translucent
  • Add garlic and saute until aromatic
  • Add mushrooms and saute for 3-4 minutes
  • Add stock, paprika and sauce. Bring to boil. Since stock had salt, I have skipped it
  • Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add sour cream. Mix well. Reduce heat to low.
  • Cook for 5-6 minutes. Add parsley. Serve hot. The gravy is generally used for noodles or rice
