Ingredients

chicken mince 500 gms
garlic chopped 1 tbsp
green chillies chopped 1 tbsp
egg beaten 1 nos
salt 2 pinch
white pepper pwdr 1 tsp
soya sauce 1 tsp
for covering: maida 500 gms
salt 2 pinch
water for kneading dough 1 cups
for schezwan gravy:onion chopped 1 nos
capsicum chopped 1 nos
spring onions chopped 1 cups
garlic chopped 1 tbsp
black pepper pwdr 1 tsp
schezwan sauce 2 tbsp
Directions
mix chicken mince, garlic, green chillies, egg,pepper pwdr,salt& soy sauce. mix well & keep this mixture aside.
now in a mixing bowl combine flour,salt,oil & required water to knead a smooth dough. cover & keep aside for 10 minutes.
roll out small circular disc . add spoonful of chicken mixture in centre & seal the ends.
steam in a steamer until done.
now in a pan heat oil. add chopped garlic. saute. add onions, capsicum, & cook on high heat . add sauces, salt,pepper pwdr & cook until water evaporates. add the steam momos & stir gently. cover n cook for few minutes.
serve hot
