Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 bowls kebab: peas (grind)


  • 1 bowls channa dal (soaked & grind)


  • 1 bowls boiled corn


  • 1 bowls spinach (chopped)


  • 1 bowls carrot (grind)


  • 1 bowls coriander and methi(chopped)


  • 1 nos onion (chopped)


  • 5 nos garlic clove (chopped)


  • 1 inch ginger(chopped)


  • 1 nos kishmish


  • 2-3 nos mirch (chopped)


  • 1 bowls makka atta


  • 1 bowls besan


  • 1/2 tsp masala: jeera


  • 1/2 tsp ajwain


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp salt (taste according)


  • 1/2 tsp sesame & oil for frying


  • 1/2 tsp for chutney:radish chopped


  • 1 bowls coriander chopped


  • 2 nos tomato chopped


  • 2-3 nos green chilli chopped


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp jeera


  • 1/2 tsp blacksalt


  • 1 tsp honey

Directions

  • For kebab: 1-As given above mix all the ingredients of kebab & Masalas in a bowl using water limited to your needs.
  • Mix it well by not keeping it loose.
  • Now take small amount of your dough and give shapes to it and keep it aside.
  • For Frying, take a pan, pour some oil in it and let it heat on low-medium flame.
  • As the oil is ready, one by one put your shaped kebabs in it carefully.
  • Fry till it turns brown from both sides.Your kebab is ready, serve it with sauce or chutney.
  • For Chutney : Grind all the above given ingredients of chutney in a mixer and its ready.
