  • 3 nos mangoes-half ripen

  • 1 cups jaggery

  • 1/2 tsp chilly powder

  • 1 tsp salt


  • Remove the skin of the mangoes and cut them into small thin pieces.
  • Put a vessel on the stove and add water and mangoes.
  • Add chilly powder and salt to taste.
  • Let it boil for 5 minutes.
  • When the mango become soft smash it well.
  • Then add the jaggery and mix well.
  • Mix it well till the dish gets a smooth consistency.
  • Remove from fire.
  • This dish is sweety and tangy.
