Take a pan add oil then add ginger and cumin seeds saute then add onion fry for 1min.
Add green peas and carrot fry for 1min.
Add tomato fry till it soft.
Add gram masala powder and salt fry for 1min.
Add 2cup water then add salt and Maggi taste maker boil it.
Add Maggi strip cook on medium flame till water evaporates completely.
Add coriander leaves mix it well.
Take a cake tin add Maggi in it then keep it aside for 5min to set.
After 5min demould it and serve it by garnish of coriander leaves and sauce.
