Heat oil in a pan add green chilly, beans, peas,capsicum and saute it for 3 to 4 mts.
Put veggies and palak in a blender and blend coarsely.
In a bowl add potatoes, coriander powder, red chilly powder, fresh coriander, garam masala, amchur,salt and palak veggie mixture mix it well.
Now add cornflour and bread crumbs
Make small size balls and make small round shapes with the help of palms.
Cover with bread crumbs and place cashew in centre.
Deep fry them, stir occasionally till golden brown.
Hara bhara kebab is ready, serve hot with tomato ketchup.
