Ingredients

  • boneless chicken cubes 5-6 nos

  • carrot chopped 1 nos

  • onion chopped 1 nos

  • salt 1 pinch

  • Black Pepper Powder 3 tbsp

  • brown bread slices 4-5 nos

  • egg beaten 1 nos

  • fresh basil leaves 1 cups

  • olive oil 1 tbsp

  • walnuts 1/2 cups

  • garlic cloves chopped 5-6 nos

  • mint leaves 7-8 nos

  • green chillies chopped 2 nos

Directions

    in a food processor add chicken, onion, salt, black pepper, bread slices, egg, basil leaves, oliveoil, walnuts, garlic cloves,mint leaves,green chilli & lemon juice. blend to paste

    transfer in a mixing bowl & add chopped carrots. make firm dough

  • 03

    soak wooden sticks in water for 5-7 mints. remove them now.

    pre-heat oven to 180c & grease baking tray.

  • 05

    apply lil bit oil in ur palms & pinch out a lemon ball size portion. spread on the wooden skewers like seekh. repeat same for remaining dough.

    place the skewers in the baking tray & bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown

  • 07

    Serve hot with Carribbean Orange-Pineapple salad
