Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 nos whole chicken (clean & washed)


  • 4-5 tbsp hung curd


  • 1 tsp red chilli,dhaniya,haldi,garam masala pwdr


  • 2 tbsp everest chicken tandoori masala


  • 2 nos lemon’s juice


  • 2 pinch salt


  • 1 pinch red edible color


  • 1 tbsp schezwan paste


  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 2-3 tbsp fresh cream

Directions

  • Except chicken mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl to smooth paste
  • marinate chicken in this mixture for atleast 3-4 hrs
  • grease baking tray & pre-heat oven to 200c
  • place the chicken in the greased tray & apply oil on top.
  • bake until done on both sides
