Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Whole Chicken (Clean & Washed) 1 nos

  • Hung Curd 4-5 tbsp

  • Red chilli,Dhaniya,haldi,garam masala pwdr 1 tsp

  • everest Chicken Tandoori masala 2 tbsp

  • lemon’s juice 2 nos

  • salt 2 pinch

  • Red Edible Color 1 pinch

  • Schezwan Paste 1 tbsp

  • ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Fresh Cream 2-3 tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    Except chicken mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl to smooth paste

  • 02

    marinate chicken in this mixture for atleast 3-4 hrs

  • 03

    grease baking tray & pre-heat oven to 200c

  • 04

    place the chicken in the greased tray & apply oil on top.

  • 05

    bake until done on both sides
