boneless Chicken cubes 500 gms
Green Chillies Chopped 2-3 nos
Fresh Mint Leaves 1 cups
Bread Slices 5-6 nos
Eggs Beaten 2 nos
Fresh Cream 3-4 tbsp
White pepper Powder 1 tbsp
chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 2 pinch
Lemon Juice 1 nos
Directions
in a food processor blend all the ingredients to a smooth paste
apply oil to ur palms & divide mixture into equal lemon size balls. shape into cutlet & refrigerate for few minutes
heat a tawa . add 2-3 tbsp oil & shallow fry on medium flame until golden brown on both sides
Serve hot with french fries & dips of ur choice.
