in a large bowl marinate chicken cubes with salt, pepper, lime juice & buttermilk for atleast 4-5 hrs
now in another mixing bowl make smooth batter of maida,cornflour,egg,salt &milk.
place breadcrumbs in a flat dish
now carefully dip the marinated chicken piece in batter & then roll in breadcrumbs. repeat same process for remaining chicken.
refrigerate for few minutes
heat sufficent oil in kadhai & deep fry on medium flame until golden n crisp.
serve with garlic cream, hummus & salad
