Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chicken Breast 200 gms

  • Ginger Garlic 1 tsp

  • Paprika 2 tsp

  • Red Chilly Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp

  • cumin powder 1/4 tsp

  • Mustard Oil 1 tbsp

  • Onion cut into squares 1 nos

  • Tomato,cut in squares 2 nos

  • Green Bell Pepper ,cut into squares 1 nos

  • Pineapple,cut into squares 7-8 piece

  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    Marinate chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, paprika, red chilly powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, mustard oil and salt, keep rest for 2 hours.

    Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in nonstick pan ,shallow fry kebabs on medium to high flame till both sides done well, and chicken tenders.

    Serve with fresh prepared yogurt garlic dip .
