  • Sabudana (Sago) 150 gms

  • potato 2 nos

  • Peanut 59 gms

  • Rock Salt 1 tsp

  • Greenchillies 2 nos

  • Coriander Leaves 1 tsp

  • Ghee 6 tsp

  • Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp

Directions

    soak sago ( sabudana ) over night

  • 02

    chop potatoes in smalle pieces

  • 03

    fry peanuts in ghee

  • 04

    wash and drain sago

  • 05

    in a nonstick pan add ghee .

    add cumin

  • 07

    add chopped green chillies

  • 08

    add potatoes salt

  • 09

    cook for 3 minuets

  • 10

    add sago

  • 11

    little bit salt . mix well . cover it .

  • 12

    let it cook for 3 to 4 minuets
