Ingredients

  • 150 gms sabudana (sago)


  • 2 nos potato


  • 59 gms peanut


  • 1 tsp rock salt


  • 2 nos greenchillies


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • 6 tsp ghee


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

Directions

  • soak sago ( sabudana ) over night
  • chop potatoes in smalle pieces
  • fry peanuts in ghee
  • wash and drain sago
  • in a nonstick pan add ghee .
  • add cumin
  • add chopped green chillies
  • add potatoes salt
  • cook for 3 minuets
  • add sago
  • little bit salt . mix well . cover it .
  • let it cook for 3 to 4 minuets
