soak sago ( sabudana ) over night
chop potatoes in smalle pieces
fry peanuts in ghee
wash and drain sago
in a nonstick pan add ghee .
add cumin
add chopped green chillies
add potatoes salt
cook for 3 minuets
add sago
little bit salt . mix well . cover it .
let it cook for 3 to 4 minuets
