Split red gram or arhar dal 2 cups
Roasted Gram flour 1/2 cups
Large Onion Chopped 1 nos
Green Chilles 6 nos
ginger 1 inch
Garlic Cloves 10 nos
Salt to taste 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves ,handful 1 nos
Mint Leaves,handful 1 nos
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Oil for frying 1 cups
Breadcrumbs 2 cups
Soak the split red gram or arhar dal dor 1 hour & blend it with onion, ginger,garlic,green chillies,coriandwr leaves & mint leaves.
Add in to it the roasted gram flour, the powdered spices, salt & lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients well.
Now shape like a kabab or your desire shapes with the help of your palm.
Coat the kababs with breadcrumbs & keep aside.
Now heat enough oil in a pan & add the kababs. Fry them in medium low flame.
Garnish with sliced onion & lemon.
