Ingredients

Serves 8

  • Split red gram or arhar dal 2 cups

  • Roasted Gram flour 1/2 cups

  • Large Onion Chopped 1 nos

  • Green Chilles 6 nos

  • ginger 1 inch

  • Garlic Cloves 10 nos

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

  • Coriander Leaves ,handful 1 nos

  • Mint Leaves,handful 1 nos

  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp

  • Oil for frying 1 cups

  • Breadcrumbs 2 cups

Directions

    Soak the split red gram or arhar dal dor 1 hour & blend it with onion, ginger,garlic,green chillies,coriandwr leaves & mint leaves.

    Add in to it the roasted gram flour, the powdered spices, salt & lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients well.

    Now shape like a kabab or your desire shapes with the help of your palm.

    Coat the kababs with breadcrumbs & keep aside.

    Now heat enough oil in a pan & add the kababs. Fry them in medium low flame.

    Garnish with sliced onion & lemon.
