Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 2 cups split red gram or arhar dal


  • 1/2 cups roasted gram flour


  • 1 nos large onion chopped


  • 6 nos green chilles


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 10 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 nos coriander leaves ,handful


  • 1 nos mint leaves,handful


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1 cups oil for frying


  • 2 cups breadcrumbs

Directions

  • Soak the split red gram or arhar dal dor 1 hour & blend it with onion, ginger,garlic,green chillies,coriandwr leaves & mint leaves.
  • Add in to it the roasted gram flour, the powdered spices, salt & lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Now shape like a kabab or your desire shapes with the help of your palm.
  • Coat the kababs with breadcrumbs & keep aside.
  • Now heat enough oil in a pan & add the kababs. Fry them in medium low flame.
  • Garnish with sliced onion & lemon.
