Curd 1/2 bowls
Paneer 100 gms
Coriander Leaves 1 tsp
make a dough of flour . curd baking soda salt oil and water .
let it rest for 20 minuets
meanwhile crumble paneer add salt and desired seasoning.
make out small balls of dough .
make a groove . add some filling . close the ball and roll it
over a nonstick griddle put this kulcha apply water on uper surface. sprinkle coriander leaves and nigella seeds
Cook from both sides . on slow flame
