  • all purpose flour 200 gm


  • oil 3 tspn


  • baking soda -/2 tspn


  • salt 1 tspn


  • curd 1/2 bawl


  • paneer 100 gm .


  • coriander leaves 1 tspn

Directions

  • make a dough of flour . curd baking soda salt oil and water .
  • let it rest for 20 minuets
  • meanwhile crumble paneer add salt and desired seasoning.
  • make out small balls of dough .
  • make a groove . add some filling . close the ball and roll it
  • over a nonstick griddle put this kulcha apply water on uper surface. sprinkle coriander leaves and nigella seeds
  • Cook from both sides . on slow flame
