Ingredients

Serves 2

  • boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes 12 ounces

  • soy sauce 3/4 tbsp

  • sweet soy sauce 1 tbsp

  • banana ketchup(for authentic taste/you may choose s desired one too) 1 tbsp

  • garlic cloves, minced 2 nos

  • ginger, minced 1 inch

  • salt 1 pinch

  • Ground Black Pepper 1 tbsp

  • Lemon Juice 1/2 tbsp

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp

Directions

    Soak the bamboo skewers for 30 minutes.

    Marinate the chicken with the soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, banana ketchup, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and lemon juice, for 30 minutes.

    Stir the chicken and the sauces together, coat well.

  • 04

    Thread a few pieces of the chicken onto the bamboo skewers

  • 05

    Repeat the same until all chicken cubes are threaded

    Heat up the oven on grill mode /use your barbecue grill

  • 07

    Brush the Olive Oil on the chicken pieces

  • 08

    Align the skewers into the oven and grill each side by turning the skewers,until crisp

  • 09

    Drizzle with a dash of lemon juice(optional )and serve hot
