Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 500 gms chopped vegetables like carrots, beans, cabbage,sweet corn,etc


  • 150 gms noodles of your choice(preferably flat noodles)


  • 2 tablespoon mustard or vegetable oil


  • 2-3 cups of water


  • 1.5 tspn salt


  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger


  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce


  • 1 tablespoon freshly crushed black pepper powder


  • 1 tablespoon white radish shredded


  • 1 tablespoon Chilli sauce

Directions

  • Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté the grated ginger for 1/2 a minute on medium heat
  • Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for 3-5 minutes
  • Add salt to taste, black pepper powder, soy sauce and mix well
  • Add at least 2 cups of water and bring it to boil
  • Reduce heat and cook covered until vegetables are half done
  • Add the noodles and mix well and let the soup simmer covered until the noodles and veggies soften.
  • Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with grated radish and chilli sauce
  • Enjoy hot with buns or breads
