Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 500 gms chopped vegetables like carrots, beans, cabbage,sweet corn,etc

  • 150 gms noodles of your choice(preferably flat noodles)

  • 2 tablespoon mustard or vegetable oil

  • 2-3 cups of water

  • 1.5 tspn salt

  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon freshly crushed black pepper powder

  • 1 tablespoon white radish shredded

  • 1 tablespoon Chilli sauce

Directions

    Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté the grated ginger for 1/2 a minute on medium heat

  • 02

    Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for 3-5 minutes

  • 03

    Add salt to taste, black pepper powder, soy sauce and mix well

  • 04

    Add at least 2 cups of water and bring it to boil

  • 05

    Reduce heat and cook covered until vegetables are half done

  • 06

    Add the noodles and mix well and let the soup simmer covered until the noodles and veggies soften.

    Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with grated radish and chilli sauce

  • 08

    Enjoy hot with buns or breads
