Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté the grated ginger for 1/2 a minute on medium heat
Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for 3-5 minutes
Add salt to taste, black pepper powder, soy sauce and mix well
Add at least 2 cups of water and bring it to boil
Reduce heat and cook covered until vegetables are half done
Add the noodles and mix well and let the soup simmer covered until the noodles and veggies soften.
Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with grated radish and chilli sauce
Enjoy hot with buns or breads
